Love capturing family portraits!!! 

Late fall and winter do not create the most pretty locations but that doesn't mean not to get those images.  Capturing this time of your family is the most important reason to gather everyone together.  Make it a fun event - if you have little children even teenagers plan an activity after the session to continue the enjoyment of being together.

Another point is to find elements that can create interesting composition especially in those months that there are not such great backdrops.

It is all about the family and what beautiful and amazing images we were able to capture for this family with a winter backdrop. 

We all had a great time and it was so fun and easy.
